Tom Longlet recently retired following 39 years in commercial banking, including 23 years as President and CEO in four community banking organizations. His role as chief executive involved strategic planning, policy formulation, personnel administration, lending and business development, and community engagement. Tom also served as a consultant for Clark Consulting providing strategic planning and board governance assessment services for community banks around the country. Tom received his BS degree in business administration in 1973 from the University of Minnesota.

Tom has been a resident of Red Wing, Minnesota for 17 years and has served in various leadership roles with local non-profit and philanthropic organizations. In addition to the Jones Family Foundation, Tom currently serves on the board of The Red Wing Area Fund. Prior engagements include board positions with The Phillip Duff Foundation, The Sheldon Theater, The Red Wing Family YMCA, The United Way, and as a participant in the Blandin Community Leadership Program. Tom and his wife Linda have two college age children, Michael and Anne. Tom has served on the Jones Family Foundation board since 2000.
